All entry fees are payable on the day of the show.

In the event that you are unable to attend the show there will be no charge, please advise the HVQHA secretary of your absence as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.

Please submit online entries no later than Thursday prior to the show as this allows the calculation of the competitior numbers and streamlines the entry process.

The HVQHA reserves the right to make changes on the day of competition to the entries or classes, all changes will be notified to the competitiors asap.

By pressing 'submit' I/we hereby release the HVQHA Inc, the committee, officers, employees and voluntary workers from any claim, loss to myself (ourselves), horses and equipment.
